Requirements:

MD/DO
3 yrs or less experience is acceptable, senior physicians are also welcome—those who recently completed their residency are welcome to apply
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Utah License, DEA

Additional Info:

This position is full-time based in our new Salt Lake City office. Typical work hours are 9:00 am to 5 pm, M-F. Some evenings/weekends/holidays may be required during periods of operational anomaly.
